Now a days, it is common to see men taking fraternity leave. This indicates that how women are giving attention to the income producing activities. If that kinds of egalitarian relationship does not happen, women inclined to end their relationship.

Gerson indicates that egalitarian marriage is hard and it is difficult to practice. Those who are in egalitarian relationship they do not have interest in creating family and they call family and marriage as a greedy foundation that wastes too much time and energy. When you both alone, you can try to manage your time by splitting your responsibilities. However, when there is children, it is difficult to equally share the duties.

The Emergency Plans

Although men and women have to work more to strengthen their relationships, instead some of them trying hard for their backup plans. In the back of their mind there is a “what if not my marriage works” reasoning. They have this negative thinking even before they get married. This divergence in plan is the one that makes their marriage not to stand for a long.

Both women and men have their own distinct emergency plan. Men prefer the neo traditional plan where women should focus on child care giving and housekeeping. Whereas women choose an independency emergency plan that will not affect their career to focus on care giving. This difference in emergency plan will lead to the end of relationship.

As compared to men, 75 percents of women are inclined to look for divorce documents due to the difference in their life plan. When men push them to stay at home and focus on raising children, large percent of women do not like to stay home and they want to go out and proceed with their income producing activities. As a results of this differences, women initiate the filing of divorce document.

There are a number of instances where women involved in the income producing activities. To mention some, during the second world war when a large number of men fought the war, It was the women responsibility to work on various industries. From this time on wards, women continue to work in any industry without discrimination. Therefore, men should understand that women are as effective as men in all industry.

Another instances that allows women to work in any workplace is the feminist revolution of sixties and seventies. This revolution enables women to become fit in any workplaces. They can stand by themselves as a viable and capable work force.

Men should understand the capability of women in providing and producing comparable services and output. They have to stop pushing their partners back to the neo-traditional approach. If you keep forcing your spouse to stay at home by giving up their careers, you will end up your relationship forever.

You have to know and understand what makes your partner happy in order to build a long lasting relationship. The one thing that you have to do is respect the desire of your partner to work irrespective of gender. Do not force your partner on the things that they do not accept.
